This is an award notice for a Single Sourcing Action. Creation of a Publicly Available Standard for Responsible Innovation (RI PAS). No such standard currently exists anywhere in the world, so far as we know, which means that companies who want to innovate in a responsible way have no single point of guidance to turn to. This is a particular problem in the case of disruptive emerging technologies, where provision to the market often runs ahead of the regulatory or legislative process.
