Credit Union Opportunity Exeter City Council The Council is considering an investment into a credit union that can demonstrate that they encourage saving, provide loans to members at low rates of interest and provide members with help and support on managing their financial affairs. With Local Welfare Support funding coming to an end, Exeter City Council needs to look at new ways of supporting the community to be able to help themselves.
