Crossways Infants School Re-roofing

The Works Comprise the over-roofing of the existing roof coverings to the main roof and hall upper roof at Crossways Infants School plus the replacement of the existing rooflights within the re-roofed areas. The Contractor must be an approved Bauder installer, and Bauder system must be installed as per the enclosed specification document. It should be noted that the Clerestory windows around the hall and infilled courtyard will be replaced by another contractor outside of and in advance of this contract.
