Crowndale Centre Works (JCT Design & Build Contract)

The London Borough of Camden ('the Council') is seeking to award a contract for the provision of refurbishment works to the Crowndale Centre, NW1 1BD. The works are to be undertaken to allow for the decant of services from the Town Hall for the duration of the refurbishment works, with services being expected to return to the Town Hall in 2020/21. The works to the Crowndale Centre are to provide refurbished temporary, but functional accommodation, which will enable the Council to provide a good quality service to its customers in accordance with its legal obligations.
