Coventry and Warwickshire local authorities (LAs) are jointly tendering for a provider to meet the local authorities’ following statutory duties – to: • encourage, enable and assist the participation of young people in education or training, including the most vulnerable and those at risk of disengaging; • promote the effective post-16 participation in education and training of young people in Coventry and Warwickshire; • have in place arrangements to identify those who are not participating.
