Control Hub is NGN's curent system for DSP contract assurance, used both by NGN and Supplier to ensure visibility on plant/equipment/vehicles and personnel qualifications/STC/training records. This system also feeds into NGN's Occupational Health Surviellence programme. NGN issue work through the system via Control Hub, project designs and all utility plans, customer infomation including vunerable customer details. P&R workload is requested via Control Hub, and service record cards and all reinstatement measures are also recorded on Control Hub by contractor engineers.
