Cyclical & Response Maintenance Contract Lot 18A (Isles of Scilly)

English Heritage wishes to re-tender the measured term contracts for building maintenance services Lot 18A The Isles of Scilly. All sites are of historic importance. Some may be in remote areas and may be difficult to access The Isles of Scilly comprise of a rugged landscape, which is open to the elements; Some sites require special access arrangements including Kings Charles's Castle and Cromwell's Castle which are only accessible by boat and/or on foot etc. The sites vary significantly in size, complexity, geographical location ruined castles, walls and burial chambers.
