Attendance on the Provision will be voluntary for Participants. The Provision will provide a coherent pathway to employment for individuals who are currently not progressing towards work. It will be delivered by Personal Mentors who will engage with the target groups, identify their barriers to work and systematically address those barriers through meaningful interventions, practical activities and effective signposting.
