What the buyer wrote
Direct award from the ESPO860 Refuse and Recycling Products (Including Wheeled Bins) Lot 8 for the purchase of White and Blue recycling bags. This is in line with the Waste Transformation plan in which the Council is seeking to separate recycling in order to gain more money for clean recycled materials.
Bid for this and lost? There is a short window in which the decision can be questioned.
