DBC (SF) Employers Agent Services for the development at Cherry Bounce

Dacorum Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Employers Agent practice to act on the behalf of the Council (the client) as the contract administrator for the design and build contract (JCT 2016) to be entered into in connection with the site at CHERRY BOUNCE. As a minimum requirement, all bidders must have acted in the capacity of an Employers Agent for either a Local Authority or Registered Social Landlord on two schemes in the last two years.
