Debt Advice to Trust Staff

Your saved contracts

What the buyer wrote

The Authority has a requirement for a debt advice agency (or agencies) to provide a money,
debt and welfare entitlements advice service to Trust staff, both physically on its sites and
remotely.
By ‘debt advice’ our intent is this incorporates debt, housing and welfare advice, as well as
signposting for support in other areas. For clarity, we do not require the service to provide
regulated financial advice as defined by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We do,
however, expect providers to have relevant permissions from the FCA for debt advice,
unless they qualify for an exemption by law.
