Subject to Contract. The Operational Support Programmes (OSP) is to deliver a new Joint Operational Fuels System project on behalf of Capability Director Combat Service Support (CD CSS). JOFS3 is a Cat C project that seeks to support a deployed force in the land environment, wherever it may be deployed, by providing the capability to ensure the supply, storage and distribution of fuel.
