Dementia Navigators and Cafes Service

The overall objective of this procurement is to bring together a number of separate services together under a single "Dementia Navigators and Cafes" contract. This procurement will allow these contracts to be bought together to allow a more cogent point of management. It will enable increased equability in the service offered across the co-coordinating and associate commissioner patches.
