Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards: Best Interests Assessor

Leicestershire County Councils Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) Team is seeking to appoint suitably experienced individuals / organisations to a framework for Best Interests Assessors. When a referral for Deprivation of Liberty is made a qualified individual is required to undertake a Best Interests assessment. The DoLS Team currently have an in-house provision of Best Interests Assessors but under certain circumstances will commission the service from an external provider.
