Design and procurement of senior leadership development programme

We are seeking a consultant/partner to take forward the development and implementation of a senior leadership development intervention for top leaders immediately below director level in ORR (ie: deputy directors and high potential grade As), to provide internal growth in leadership capability and provide improved succession options at director level.
