Design Supplementary Planning Document

We are seeking expressions of interest for the production of a district wide design supplementary planning document (SPD) for Aylesbury Vale working in collaboration with Council officers to take the document through to adoption status. The primary objective of the design SPD is to complement the design policies in the emerging Vale of Aylesbury Local Plan in order to positively influence decision taking on future development across the Vale and better support and promote design-led and locally distinctive development.
