Specialised Commissioning South has a QIPP target for 2018/19 of circa £140m and a commissioning budget allocation of circa £3 billion. Specialised Commissioning South Region has been through considerable organisational change over the past 2 years and the recent change in senior leadership has led to a clear objective of setting out clear accountability arrangements to support a focus on stabilising the financial position.
