The objective of the transition support contract is to enable NCCSP to smoothly transition from phase 1 to phase 2. The transition support team will design and put in place the detailed processes, systems and policy documents needed for full implementation to start (with support from the new TA supplier) in July 2018. The transition support team will provide both strategic direction to NCCSP during the transition year and technical advice in order to develop systems, processes and policies.
