DfT Equal Pay Audit

The Department for Transport (Central) (DfT(C)) invites proposals for administering an Equal Pay Audit (EPA). All departments under the Equality Act 2010, including DfT, have obligations through the 'public sector equality duty' to undertake an annual audit of salaries that are governed by the department's delegated pay arrangements. To undertake the 2018 EPA, the Department is looking for an external provider to aid with (and not limited to): 1.
