The digital clone will satisfy the LOD3.0 specification, with the inclusion of textured imagery to drape onto those buildings. The digital clone will be supplied to the Council without any Copyright or Intellectual Property Right conditions, enabling the Council to publish the data as open data under the terms of the Open Government Licence, including any future revisions of that licence.
