The contract relates to services within the scope of Schedule 3 thereto (Social and Other Specific Services) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The Commissioner is therefore bound only by those parts of the Regulations applying to Schedule 3 services (the Light Touch Regime). The contract term is 3 years from 1st January 2022 to 31st December 2024, with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for up to a further 2 years.
