Disabled Student Support (DSS) Appointments Management System

The Support Worker Service delivers support services to students who are eligible for Disability Support whilst studying at Sheffield Hallam University (SHU). The team is responsible for ensuring support is provided to students for both timetabled and non-timetabled activities and involves scheduling support workers, managing bookings and communicating to students and support workers. SHU is interested in an off the shelf solution which requires minimum configuration but is open to a bespoke development which meets our requirements.
