Discharge to Assess Beds

Provide dedicated nursing care beds, in a distinct and separate area, for service users who are registered with a Nottingham City, Nottingham North & East, Nottingham West or Rushcliffe GP, and meet the eligibility criteria. Provide an "enabling" environment that promotes the short-stay nature of this assessment & therapeutic offer and emphasises independence so that service users have the best opportunity to meet their rehabilitation and reablement potential.
