ECC are commissioning this piece of work on behalf of all Greater Essex Local Authorities (GELA). The framework will build a picture of capacity issues relating to the broad infrastructure needs to support growth across Essex over the next 20 years to 2036, and will broadly estimate the ‘cost’ of infrastructure needed to support future development.
