ELMS administer statutory business surveys using IT systems and support services under a contract that expires on 30th November 2023. The aim of this project is to procure a replacement contract, including IT system development and migration of data and surveys to the new system, with minimal interruption to the business survey schedule and data collection activities. As elements of the current IT system and associated working practices are ten years old, the new system must provide improvements in system performance and both operational effectiveness and efficiency.
