DPS Apprenticeship Training and Education.

In response to the introduction of the Apprenticeship Levy, in effect from 6th April 2017, London Borough of Tower Hamlets on behalf of the participant London Councils (London Borough of Hackney, London Borough of Islington, London Borough of Barnet, London Borough of Haringey, London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, London Borough of Hillingdon and London Borough of Hounslow) has opened a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to allow the Council to access the Education and Skills Funding Agency approved training providers in a manner compliant with the requirements of the Public Contract Regulations.
