DPS HAC5393B Tier 2 Weight Management Service

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (referred to as 'Tower Hamlets' or the 'Authority') would like to invite organisations to submit applications through a Dynamic Purchasing System Process to become accepted providers of the Tower Hamlets Tier 2 Weight Management Service. Tier 2 weight management service is aimed at ALL Tower Hamlets residents who meet the eligibility criteria. The Service will support them to achieve better health and wellbeing outcomes. The service will link with Tier 1 universal services such as local gyms and Tier 3 weight management service where appropriate.
