DR4948 - Tower Hamlets Retail Marketing and Tendering Support Project (Lots 1-3)

Tower Hamlets Council (the Council) is seeking tenders for training and consultancy support in two specialist areas of work for the benefit of Tower Hamlets businesses. These two areas of work are: ? support for increasing the marketing capacity of retail businesses; and ? support for businesses in any sector to be able to supply goods and services through contracts which have been the subject of a procurement exercise. What activity in these two areas of work has in common is that success on the part of the businesses supported will increase turnover.
