The services required by the Council include drain unblocking and jetting, soil stack and waste pipe unblocking, CCTV drain surveys, drain repairs, drain relining, septic tank cleaning, grease trap emptying and cleaning and minor construction works etc. and are generally set out in the extract from the NHF V6.2 Schedule of Rates included in the tender documentation. The contract is for minor drainage services only and these will be subject to a maximum value of £1,000 (excluding VAT).
