DUD - BCI - Counselling Support Programme

This programme is designed to support eligible participants who are living with barriers which prevents their progressions. Service Providers will deliver one to one counselling to enable participants to work through their issues and concerns. The counselling should provide practical tools to help them address their barriers and to see themselves and their future more positively.
