Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Whole House Refurbishment - South West Procurement Alliance (SWPA)

LHC on behalf of the South West Procurement Alliance (SWPA) is seeking to establish a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for Whole House Refurbishment for SWPA Partners through South West England. It is intended that the DPS will run for an initial period of four years with the option to extend for a further period of up to four years.
