Programme, on behalf of the NHS Health Collaborative. The digital work to bring the Early help Framework to life is another piece of the jigsaw that is set to move us towards a whole system approach to the way we plan and deliver future services for children, young people and their families. The framework is now in a position to be developed into a visual tool which can support its adoption and embedding with the Regional Partnership Boards pan Wales.
