As part of the EODIP programme the Authority and JNCC are seeking to further develop the automated provision of intermediate EO data products which contribute to multiple environmental applications across the Authority, and that are likely to have application more widely across the public sector. The aim of this ITT is to refine user requirements for two product types, Normalised Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), Normalised Difference Water Index (NDWI), develop open source means of automating these from analysis ready Sentinel 2 data, and to deliver products for the 2016/17 financial year needed across EODIP applications.
