East London Science School - Clock Mills Refresh and Refurbishment

The scope of works includes refresh of the internal finishing's, address shortcomings with the toileting, catering, fire escape and occupancy matters, opening of existing windows, and mechanical and electrical compliance especially classroom artificial lighting and switching. There are also room heating and water heating issues to address, boiler servicing, and local internal drainage and mechanical ventilation to existing toilets. There is also an IT (passive) infrastructure upgrade.
