The Works comprise internal alteration works associated with the proposed remodelling and sub-division phases 2&3 and shall include: • Removal of walls and construction of new. • Forming new door openings and provision of new doors. • Installation of suspended ceilings • Floor and wall finishes including the redecoration to existing areas • Mechanical and Electrical Installations • The Contractor is directed to the drawings to identify the exact nature, extent and location of the works.
