Easthall Park Housing Co-operative are seeking suitably qualified consultants to carry out a Stock Condition Survey and Life Cycle Costing covering all of its domestic properties as well as it’s office complex in order to enable an informed assessment to be made of the future maintenance requirements of their housing and commercial stock over the next 30 years. The survey will also assist the Co-Operative to update our current position in relation to the Scottish Housing Quality Standard (SHQS); the Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing (EESSH) and to also consider requirements for EESSH 2.
