EBC NRM Domestic Homicide Review Chair and Administration

EBC is approaching the market with the view of appointing an independent chair: Requesting the full management, including the role of chair of any future domestic homicide review on behalf of the Elmbridge Community and Safety Partnership. This includes the role of chair and administration support. Domestic Homicide Reviews (DHRs) have been introduced to enable lessons to be learned from homicides where a victim has been murdered as a result of domestic violence.
