The objective is to provide up to date evidence on economic prospects and forecasts of the scale of future business space needs for the Borough of Erewash. This will involve assessment of prevailing market conditions, assessment of existing sites or concentrations of employment land, and estimating the quantitative need for future business space within the borough up to 2040.
