The ESFA wish to develop the Listed Gatehouses at the entrance to the new school site off Wellhead Lane, Aston, Birmingham. The gatehouses are listed and in general state of disrepair and must be brought up to a safe standard and fit for occupancy by the schools 6th Form students. The scheme is subject to planning conditions applied by Birmingham City Council so all works will need to comply with those conditions.
