Dorset County Council is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and capable service providers for an Effective Substance Misuse Targeted Outreach service. Dorset County Council, Children's Services directorate is committed to working with young people who are vulnerable and as a result are at greater risk of poorer outcomes. As part of this approach we wish to maintain our focus on working with young people who are at risk of substance misuse and those who are already misusing substances, through providing effective outreach and some brief intervention work where necessary.
