East Herts District Council (EHDC) wants to select a Marketing and Branding consultant as part of its consultant team involved on the re-development of Hertford Theatre. The commission is expected to be completed in two separate phases. Scope: This tender scope is for both Phases. The project recently completed Stage 3 Developed Design and is shortly to progress Stage 4 which will be concluded at the end of February 2021.
