The Commission has published a range of analysis of equality data, aimed to inform our equality and human rights measurement framework or specific policy initiatives. In October 2015, we published a report entitled 'Is Britain Fairer?' (IBF), which reviewed progress towards greater equality and human rights protection in Britain. The report was based on ten evidence papers that drew on analysis of survey and administrative data as well as qualitative sources.
