The Authority seeks a Contractor(s) to provide a comprehensive Electrical Installation Condition report over a 5 year and two month period, approximately 20% of each of the three main Hospital sites to be tested yearly. The purpose of the condition report is to confirm as far as reasonably practicable, whether or not the electrical installation is in a satisfactory condition for continued service. The completed report will identify damage, deterioration, defects and/or other conditions which may give rise to danger.
