What the buyer wrote
One of the key priorities for NHS England as set out in the Business Plan is to provide ‘timely access to high quality elective care’. To effectively deliver this objective in the Plan, the Elective Care Work Programme was launched in 2015. Initial phase of the work was completed in September 2015 which provided outline analysis of the current state in elective care. This call-off contract awarded through a further competition on CCS Lot 1 of Consultancy One Framework Agreement RM1502, is a follow up from completed phase 1 project for scoping rapid local testing for transforming elective care work programme.
