Electrical Safety and Maintenance Services

Homes in Somerset has approximately 4,000 properties which are a mixture of general needs, supported and extra care properties. Currently electrical safety servicing is required to be carried out by a competent organisation to our domestic and communal buildings and are included within this contract. This specification details the requirement for 5 yearly periodic inspection and testing of electrical installations in communal areas and domestic dwellings and properties.
