Electrical Repairs, Rewires and Periodic Testing

Efficiency East Midlands (EEM) Framework for provision of Electrical Repairs, Rewires & Periodic Testing on all identified electronic installations. During the life of the framework, Contractors may also be requested to undertake one off projects such as communal lighting upgrades, large scale carbon monoxide/smoke alarm upgrades and LED installations. Contractors will be expected to provide the services through this framework across a spectrum of different building types e.g. domestic properties, commercial properties such as offices, schools and sheltered schemes and any other building owned and/or managed by our membership.
