Provision of a variety of tender procurement options in respect of non-half hourly, Half hourly and gas supplies via a framework agreement against which any contracting authority as defined under 'The Public Contracts Regulations 2015' is entitled to call off against. NHH Fixed, NHH Flex, HH Fixed, HH Flex, Gas Fixed and Gas Flex.
