Electronic Document and Records Management Solution

RBG Kew required an Electronic Document and Records Management System. The proposed solution must incorporate MS SharePoint online within MS Office 365 as the primary document and records repository. The proposed solution may include one or more on-premise products with one or more cloud-based SaaS solutions working together seamlessly to provide the end user with a single solution. It will be expected to support between 500 and 1000 users across Kew and Wakehurst Place, and to include both online and offline remote working (including global).
