The works comprise the replacement of the existing generator fuel oil storage tank serving the Emergency Planning Centre generator, including temporary fuel supply arrangements, removal of the existing tank, reconstruction/modification of the tank support structure, connection of the new tank, commissioning and certification of the installation. The existing support arrangement is reported to be deforming the oil tank bund/base and therefore requires replacement to maintain the integrity and reliability of the standby generator fuel system. The Emergency Planning Centre generator shall remain operational throughout the works wherever reasonably practicable.
