Thanet District Council is seeking to select and appoint a suitably qualified contractor for the provision of new build café, toilets and general amenity building, community square, heritage terrace, hard and soft landscaping across Ellington Park and invites prospective suppliers to submit a tender to meet the Employer's requirements. This contract supports the wider regeneration of Ellington Park, funded by National Lottery Heritage Fund, in partnership with TDC and Friends of Ellington Park, developing and preserving the park for community use.
